About this consultation
Hull City Council is conducting this Public Consultation on proposed Traffic Management measures in Hull City Council The Consultation provides the opportunity to comment on proposed changes to Traffic Orders,
which Hull City Council will take into account before making its final decision.
Obtaining and using personal information
The personal data we collect may include name, email, postcode and organisation/business name (where relevant).
An email address is requested to administer and validate responses. All other personal information is optional.
Where you have agreed, we will also use your personal information to contact you to invite you to take part in related activities in the future.
How long we keep your information
We will only keep your information for as long as necessary. Once your information is no longer needed it will be securely and confidentially destroyed.
In general consultation responses and associated personal data will be retained for 36 months after the end of the consultation. Personal information will then be destroyed.
Legal Basis
Under privacy and data protection legislation, Hull City Council is only allowed to use personal information if we have a proper reason or "legal basis" to do so.
In this case taking part in the consultation is based on your consent.

This consultation platform is designed and hosted in the UK by Buchanan Computing, on behalf of Hull City Council .
Only registered and suitably vetted users of Buchanan Computing and Hull City Council can view personal data. We do not share your data with Third Parties.
Keeping personal information secure
All of the information you provide will be stored securely and only used for consultation purposes, or to contact you if you have consented to this.
Access to data is limited to a restricted group of users i.e. only those whose access to the data is necessary for their role.

Traffweb User Registration
When registering as a Traffweb user, we will collect your name, email address and your chosen password to create a Traffweb account.
Account information is used to enable you to login to Traffweb to access secure areas of the site such as enhanced tools, dashboards and reporting.
Acceptance of user registration is at the discretion of the Traffweb administrator. This information is stored securely and managed by Buchanan Computing on behalf of Hull City Council .
